Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and courier information.

You can track your package using the tracking number provided. Please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update after shipment.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam folder. Contact our customer service with your order number if you have not received tracking details within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time is estimated and may be affected by logistics delays, customs clearance, holidays or unexpected events.
