You may apply for order cancellation before goods are shipped out. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation request will not be accepted.

Please send email to our customer service with your order number for cancellation application. We will confirm and process for you within business hours.

Some customized-product orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. We will notify you in advance for such cases.
